Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Equipment
Securely place the unused items in their original STIGA packaging, ensuring all tags and protective coverings are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
